In connection to his father’s and brother’s deaths inside their Glen Allen home, a man has been taken into custody and charged with second-degree murder.
40-year-old Marvin Jermain Moody of Glen Allen, has been taken into custody by the police. He is charged with two counts of second-degree murder and two counts of using a handgun while committing a felony.
On Monday, November 27, at 1:40 p.m., it was announced that police were conducting an investigation in the 11000 block of Little Five Loop.
When police first arrived on the scene at 11:45 a.m., they discovered two bodies inside a nearby residence. They identified the victims as father Albert Moody, 70, and son Malcolm Moody, 38.
Marvin Jermain Moody’s relationship to the victims has been verified by the police.
