Aurora Amidon is a horror movie aficionado living in Austin, Texas. She has been working as a journalist for over three years now, and has had work published in Paste Magazine, Consequence, The Wrap, Screen Slate, Comic Book Resources, and Film School Rejects, where she ran the Great Expectations column. Aurora covered the SXSW film festival in 2021 for Film School Rejects, and again in 2022 for Paste.
Education
Aurora attended Bard College, where she worked closely with film historians to hone in her writing and knowledge of cinema.
