Donna Allen, Stephen Kwaah Hayes and Arlan Coty Obituary: Clarksville Police identify three killed in Saturday tornado.

The Clarksville Police Department on Monday, December 11, 2023, released the identities of three people who lost their lives as a result of the tornado that impacted the city on Saturday, December 9th.

“It is with a heavy heart that the Clarksville Police Department had to make death notifications as a result of the tornado that impacted the city of Clarksville on December 9th,” police said in a media release.

According to police, first responders with the Clarksville Police Department, Clarksville Fire Rescue, Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office, and Montgomery County Emergency Medical Services all responded to 911 calls during the storm.

There were three fatalities resulting from the tornado, they were identified as 59-year-old Donna Allen of Florida, 34-year-old Stephen Kwaah Hayes of Clarksville, and 10-year-old Arlan Coty of Clarksville.

The next of kin notifications have been made.
