Eamon Farren Biography

A Queensland, Australia native, Eamon Farren is an actor known for portraying Richard Horne in Twin Peaks. He is a graduate of Benowa State High School and the National Institute of Dramatic Art (NIDA).

Farren began his career in the 2001 Showtime television film The Outsider, starring Naomi Watts and Tim Daly, followed by a guest appearance in the 2002 Australian live-action series The Sleepover Club. He was also cast as Richard Horne in Twin Peaks.

Most noteworthy, Eamon is a member of theatrical organizations such as the Sydney Theatre Company. Later, he made appearances in The Man In The Attic, Lucky Country, as well as the All Saints series. He was also cast in Chained where he starred as “Rabbit.”

It is known that Farren’s stage career continued in 2014, with highly lauded performances as Edward Ridgeway in Switzerland. He also landed the role of Elliott in Girl Asleep. He was then enrolled in the role of Adam/Benoit Tremet a year later.

Furthermore, Eamon had his Broadway debut as “Kirill” in Sydney Theatre Co’s The Present in 2015. He reprised the role in 2017 for its Broadway production. Some of his other popular films include Winchester and Harmony.
