Clayton also worked as a project manager for his longtime friend and fellow Binghamton resident Brian Rain at ServPro, a similar franchise that Rain owned.
Soon after, Thomas Clayton was put on suspension, and by the end of the day, after his daughter recognised him, he was charged with a second murder.
