The Lenawee County Sheriff’s Office has revealed the identity of the guy who passed away on Thursday as a result of an accident that occurred while he was hunting in Lenawee County.

It has been determined that the hunter who was shot and died on November 30 in the 15000 block of Rome Road in Rollin Township was someone named Kirt Stubbins, who was 41 years old and from Addison, Michigan. A minor who is linked to Stubbins was the other individual involved in the collision, as stated by the Liberty County Sheriff’s Office (LCSO).

According to a news release, the call was received by Lenawee County 911 at 9:43 a.m. on November 30. When they arrived, they sent both medical personnel and law enforcement officers to the location.

This investigation is now being conducted in collaboration between the Addison Fire Department, the Michigan Department of Natural Resources (DNR), and the Lenawee County Sheriff’s Office.
