LSU Student Was Raped By 4 Men:- Four people were detained in connection with what investigators said was the rape of Madison Brooks, an LSU (Louisiana State University) student who was brutally hit by a car shortly after, the suspects dropped her off in an East Baton Rouge subdivision.
2 suspects, Kaivon Washington (18), and an unknown 17-year-old boy were booked Monday 23 January on a charge each of 3rd-degree rape.
2 other suspects, Everett Lee (28), and Casen Carver (18) were booked on a charge each of principal to 3rd-degree rape. Everett Lee is Kaivon Washington’s uncle, the police officer said.

Officials allege that Kaivon Washington and the 17-year-old unidentified boy raped Madison Brooks in the back of Casen Carver’s car after she asked for a lift home from the bar on 15 January.
The group of 4 people is alleged to have dropped Madison Brooks off just before 3 a.m. in an East Baton Rouge subdivision, where Madison was brutally hit by a car after she strolled into the street.
Madison Brooks (19) was taken to a hospital, where she passed away from her injuries.
An autopsy was performed and that said Madison tested positive for THC and she had a blood alcohol level of 0.319, nearly 4 times the legal limit for drivers. It also found “injuries consistent with previous sexual assault.”

Casen Carver said that they were all drinking and that Madison was very unsteady on her feet, and she was not able to keep her balance and was unable to speak clearly.
When they all were about to leave, Madison asked for a ride home. Carver also said that when he asked her for her address, Madison fell over and could not answer him.
Carver drove a short distance and parked, and he heard the 17-year-old unidentified boy ask Madison 5 times whether she wanted to have sex with him and she gave verbal consent.
Then the 17-year-old unidentified boy and Everett Lee were in the passenger’s seat and remained in the car during both encounters.
Carver also said that he still doesn’t know where she lived and that he dropped her off in a subdivision.
