Yena is a vindictive and sadistic person, and she brought Myeong and Director Woo together for a movie just so she could see the two of them have an uncomfortable reunion. Muse On Fame: Chapter 22 Recap

In the previous chapter of Muse On Fame, the nervous and jittery screenwriter Sujang is called before Yena, Myeong, and Director Woo since her story called Two Women was selected to be adapted into a movie. Sujang explains that the story is about two women who are different yet very similar to each other and their strange experiences together.

Yena tells her enthusiastically that she was very much moved by Sujang’s script, and she knew that it had to be adapted into a movie right away. She tells Sujang not to be nervous since she got a beautiful actress and an amazing Director on board with it.

Sujang asks if Yena visualized Myeong in the movie and Director Woo as the director, and Yena agrees with enthusiasm. She tells Sujang that Myeong and Woo go a long way back and snidely says that she means it in a professional sense, not that they were lovers.

Director Woo continues to look away awkwardly while Myeong feels frustrated at Yena for pulling her tricks in such a cheap way. Sujang knocks her coffee over and excuses herself, and the three are left alone together. Yena continues to make remarks, and Myeong internally thinks that Yena wouldn’t go around kissing someone else’s boyfriend if she cared so much.

After having had too much, Myeong gets up and leaves, leaving only Yena and Director Woo together. Yena goes to the roof to smoke, and she thinks about what Manager Eun had said to her before.

Manager Eun told her that he admired how much she fought to remain an actress and he would follow her in any decision she made. Myeong knew that Manager Eun was making a confession, but she didn’t know how she felt about it. Soon, Director Woo joins her and apologizes, saying that he had no idea Myeong would also be joining the project.
