When the DEO lost Winn Schott (Jeremy Jordan), Brainy (Jesse Rath) was there to take up the mantle of the resident computer wizard. On The Flash, there are sometimes conversations as to whether or not Cisco Ramon (Carlos Valdes) will keep on being a regular part of the show.

Similarly, Caitlin Snow actress Danielle Panabaker (much like Melissa Benoist) had some of her filming schedule impacted by a pregnancy. While she's confirmed she'll return for The Flash's seventh season, it certainly wouldn't be unfair if Panabaker decided to renegotiate the number of episodes in which she'll appear during the first year of her child's life.

We also know that Ralph Dibny (Harley Sawyer) won't be back in any major way for the foreseeable future. Dibny was often a source of comedy, and Ramon and Snow are the brainy types — Brainy is both a source of comedy and his name is literally Brainy. We're calling it: The Flash needs Brainy.

Brainy needs The Flash, too. Brainy is an entity out of time who sometimes has to deal with alternate sides of himself. Barry Allen (Grant Gustin) sometimes travels in time and understands the emotional whiplash of that experience. Also, Caitlin Snow is sometimes Killer Frost and so there's some real camaraderie for Brainy there as well.

Could you imagine how much fun Cisco and Brainy would have together coming up with super villain names? It's a no-brainer!
