I'm going with Kane, as you said he gets the most height and impact out of his chokeslam, Undertaker and Show also had very good chokeslams, Taker brought the move into the mainstream imo, and the chokeslams he delivered to Triple H at WM17 and Shane McMahon at KOTR 2001 were probably the two best chokeslams I've ever seen, Big Shows always seemed to deliver his real fast, unless he was taunting the crowd, the chokeslam was the only move Show could ever seem to get over with the crowd as far as finishers go anyway, Hurricane, brought a sense of humor to the move, and I remember the firs time he actually delivered it successfully, it was the most shocking thing he had done in his career up to that point, and the facial reaction he gave afterwards was priceless, Khalis isn't really a chokeslam as much as it is a choke bomb, there is just a suttle difference between the two, Choke bomb uses to hands and chokeslam uses one hand, but either way it sucks when Khali does it because he sucks
