He was put on trial for the same offense in the beginning of 2019, and after roughly eight hours of discussion spread over two days in mid-March, the jury found him guilty on all three counts. He was given bail until his sentencing hearing despite the fact that he was facing a sentence of up to 10 years in prison and that the first shot he fired may have killed Geoge if it hadn’t hit his cell phone.
