Kathleen Folbigg Parents – Kathleen Megan Folbigg, also known as Kathleen Folbig, is an Australian woman who was convicted of murdering her three newborn children, Patrick Allan, Sarah Kathleen, and Laura Elizabeth. He was also convicted of the murder of his fourth child, Caleb Gibson. The deaths occurred between 1989 and 1999.
Her husband contacted the police after discovering her personal diary, in which she had written entries that suggested she may have harmed the children. He was sentenced to forty years with a parole period of 25 years. She maintained her innocence, claiming that the four children had died of natural causes.
Currently, she is in the limelight because, on 5 June 2023, she was unconditionally pardoned by NSW Governor Margaret Beazley and released from prison.
