Why do Kamala and Prashant break up?

As soon as Kamala is introduced in “Never Have I Ever,” the topic of her marriage comes up in every conversation about her. No matter what they talk about, it seems like her family wants her to get married as soon as possible, whether they are in America or India. Kamala’s career has just started to go up, so she isn’t sure if she wants to get married. But all her family wants is for her to meet the guy they’ve picked out for her. She and Devi are worried that it will be some “uggo,” but when they see Prashant, they can’t help but fall in love.

Even though Kamala doesn’t want to get married yet, she makes friends with Prashant, and soon it seems like they have feelings for each other. But as the talks move from the usual small talk and romantic gestures at the beginning to more serious topics like life and work, Kamala starts to wonder if Prashant is a good match for her. She worries even more when he gives her work advice that Devi, who is only a teenager, doesn’t agree with. She is still trying to figure out how she feels about Prashant when she finds out that he is going to ask her to marry him.

Later, she tells Prashant that she feels sick when she thinks about their wedding. So, her biggest worry is that she isn’t ready to get married yet, especially since she isn’t sure if her future husband will support her both personally and professionally. She breaks up with Prashant because of this, even though she admits that he is a great catch.

Will Manish end up with Kamala?

While Kamala is trying to figure out how she feels about Prashant, she meets Mr. Manish Kulkarni, who is Devi’s school teacher. Kamala feels like she knows him and realizes she can talk to him more openly about things she can’t even think of talking about with Prashant. When Manish shows up at the party Kamala’s pati is throwing to find her a husband, Kamala is glad to see him, especially since she wouldn’t want to marry anyone else there. From here on out, things between them are getting more serious, but Pati hasn’t said yes to Manish yet.

When Kamala invites Manish to the Navaratri party and it turns out to be a disaster, it makes it even harder for them to get along. Pati is also worried that Manish is not a serious and trustworthy person. But she sees how responsible he is when he goes to Devi’s house to tell her she cheated in the debate. He also tells her family that he won’t tell the principal and risk ruining her perfect grades.

This makes Pati very happy, and she invites Manish right away to their house. She still wants him to learn more about his culture, so she decides to teach him. From here on out, things will only get better, and it looks like Kamala has finally found a good partner. Since they are just getting to know each other, there is no pressure to get married. Also, her family accepts him, so there won’t be any trouble if they do decide to get married. So, it looks like Kamala and Manish will end up together for the time being.
