Eli Griffin Car Accident South Georgia: In loving memory of Crisp Academy graduate who died following tragic 2022 crash.

18-year-old Eli Griffin graduated from Crisp Academy in May 2022. Throughout middle school & highschool, Eli participated in football, baseball, wrestling, & several other extracurricular activities.

On August 19, 2022, Eli was going to watch his girlfriend, Maci, cheer at a football game. Unfortunately he never made it to the game & was involved in a severe automobile accident where he sustained a traumatic brain injury, spinal cord injury, & multiple fractures.

Eli surviving the accident was the first miracle. The injuries Eli sustained during the accident – majority of individuals never survive. But God saw fit that Eli did. Eli was then taken to Tift Regional where they transferred him to UF Health in Jacksonville, Fl.

Eli was transferred to Gainesville, Fl, where he underwent a spinal fusion, placement of a diaphragmatic pacer, tracheostomy, & PEG placement.

Unfortunately, Eli lost his fight.
