Harga Emas Antam Hari Ini 6 Januari 2024 Naik, Simak Rinciannya

JAKARTA, KOMPAS.com -Harga emas batangan PT Aneka Tambang (Persero) Tbk naik Rp 3.000 per gram pada hari ini, Sabtu (6/1/2024), melanjutkan kenaikan pada Jumat kemarin sebesar Rp 2.000 per gram.
Mengutip laman Logam Mulia, emas Antam kini menjadi dibanderol sebesar Rp 1.128.000 per gram dari hari sebelumnya yang sebesar Rp 1.125.000 per gram.
Harga buyback juga naik Rp 3.000 per gram menjadi sebesar Rp 1.026.000 per gram dari sebelumnya Rp 1.023.000 per gram. Buyback adalah harga yang di dapat jika pemegang emas Antam ingin menjual emas batangan tersebut.
Namun, harga emas Antam tersebut adalah yang berlaku di Butik Emas LM, Graha Dipta, Pulo Gadung, Jakarta Timur, sehingga bisa saja harganya berbeda pada gerai penjualan emas Antam lainnya.
Adapun berdasarkan Peraturan Menteri Keuangan (PMK) Nomor 34 Tahun 2017 diatur bahwa pembelian emas batangan akan dikenakan PPh 22 sebesar 0,9 persen.
Jika ingin dapat potongan pajak lebih rendah yakni sebesar 0,25 persen, menurut aturan PMK Nomor 38 Tahun 2023, maka sertakan Nomor Pokok Wajib Pajak (NPWP) setiap kali transaksi. Setiap pembelian emas batangan akan disertai dengan bukti potong PPh 22.
Sedangkan untuk buyback, berdasarkan PMK Nomor 34 Tahun 2017, penjualan kembali emas batangan ke Antam dengan nilai lebih dari Rp 10 juta, akan dikenakan PPh 22 sebesar 1,5 persen untuk pemegang NPWP dan 3 persen untuk non NPWP.
Harga buyback yang ditetapkan Antam tersebut belum termasuk pengenaan pajak bila penjualannya melebihi Rp 10 juta. PPh 22 atas transaksi buyback akan dipotong langsung dari total nilai buyback.
