Honda CB1300 Super Four 2021 ini punya beberapa tipe, yakni CB1300 Super Four, CB1300 Super Bol D’Or, CB1300 Super Four SP, dan CB1300 Super Bol D’Or SP.
Pembaruan di model baru ini yaitu sudah mengadopsi sistem kontrol elektronik terbaru. Sehingga menghasilkan kenyamanan berkendara yang lebih baik dari sebelumnya.

Salah satu fitur barunya ialah aplikasi Throttle by Wire System (TBW) model anyar. Di model baru ini mekanisme pengontrolan dibuat lebih presisi.
Aplikasi TBW terbaru ini juga disebut dapat menunjang pilihan mode berkendara yakni mode sport, standar, dan rainy (hujan) yang disajikan.
Tak kalah penting yaitu penyematan fitur quick shifter untuk memudahkan mengganti gigi tanpa tarik kopling. Serta fitur traksi kontrol bernama Honda Selectable Torque Control (HSTC).
Mesinnya masih 1.284 cc, 4-tak, 4-silindes segaris berpendingin cairan. Mampu menghasilkan 113PS pada 7.750 rpm dan torsi 111,8 Nm pada 6.250 rpm.
Di Jepang CB1300 Super Four 2021 versi anyar ini dijual pada 18 Maret 2021. Banderolnya 1.885.400 yen atau sekitar Rp 266 jutaan.
