Although actress Michelle Monaghan and her husband Peter White have been blissfully married since 2005, there was another man involved at the start of their happily ever after.
During a joint interview with her co-star Mark Wahlberg from “The Family Plan,” Monaghan was asked to identify her most anxious moment in her career prior to the first day of filming.
Monaghan maintained that “Mission: Impossible III,” her film costarring Tom Cruise, was the one that made her the most nervous.
“I kind of skipped my honeymoon after getting married in order to get started on the movie right away. Subsequently, I recall arriving at work, where Tom and I engaged in a somewhat private scene, which naturally constituted the intimate scene. When I got home from work, I was really anxious,” she said in more detail.
“How awesome is it that you were sulking with Tom Cruise during our honeymoon?” her husband asks. “Wahlberg exclaimed, “What the heck?”. Monaghan went on to say that White was “so proud,” not jealous.”
We have worked on this film for years and it's finally in theaters. We hope you love it as much as we loved making it for you. Thank you for continuing to support the Mission: Impossible films.

She continued, “It is unbelievable that I told that story, but it is the truth.”
Cinematic Mysteries Uncovered
With Top Gun Maverick, Tom Cruise made a strong return to the screen last year and achieved enormous success at the global box office.
The actor not only experienced success after a long absence, but he also landed his first $1 billion movie. The kindness of the film’s predecessor, which debuted 36 years ago, was a major factor in its enormous success.
In addition to Tom Cruise, important roles in the movie were played by Kelly McGillis, Val Kilmer, Anthony Edwards, Tom Skerritt, and others.
Critics gave the action drama a mixed response when it was first released, with some praising the aerial action sequences. Still, a number of other points were raised in criticism.
Curiously, Top Gun managed to become a massive box office hit in spite of all the negative reviews it received. Four weeks after its premiere, the number of theaters showing the movie reportedly increased by nearly 50%.
The Tom Cruise film has developed a cult following among moviegoers over the years. At the global box office during its initial theatrical run, Top Gun brought in an incredible $353 million.
You can only imagine the magnitude of the commercial success considering that it was produced on a mere $15 million budget.
According to the box office golden rule, a movie must make twice its budget in order to turn a profit and be considered a success. Accordingly, Top Gun’s breakeven point at the time was approximately $30 million.
When this amount is deducted from the lifetime collection, the movie has returns of $323 million, or a profit percentage of 1076.66%. When Top Gun Maverick showed up 36 years later, he completely demolished all of the expectations.
Riding a wave of unanimity in the positive reviews and attendance, the movie had a protracted theatrical run. It concluded its run at the global box office with $1.49 billion, making it a blockbuster.
