The chilling story of a dead body allegedly found at a Brazil reservoir in 1988 that appeared to be ‘mutilated by aliens’ has gone viral.
The decades-old conspiracy was shared by horror YouTuber Mr Ballen, who tells strange, dark and mysterious stories to his eight million subscribers.
Dead body found at Brazil reservoir
The conspiracy says that on September 29 1988, a young boy was walking around a lake at Brazil’s Guarapiranga Reservoir near São Paulo looking for bugs.
He wasn’t supposed to be there because local gangs supposedly used the reservoir to dump the bodies of their murder victims, but ignored safety concerns.
The child saw a group of vultures circling around what he soon discovered was a dead body and ran to the local village to scream for help.
Police supposedly arrived and found the mutilated corpse of a middle-aged man. The next part of the story is truly terrifying.
Autopsy details spark alien conspiracy
The autopsy report was allegedly leaked six years later, in 1994, alongside gruesome images of the severely mutilated body.
His eyes had been extracted, tongue removed, left ear sliced off, organs removed and a number of other horrifying details.
However, the methods used seemed strange and there was no blood, sparking conspiracies that the death could have been extra-terrestrial.
Two years prior, on May 19 1986, was the famous ‘Night of the UFOs‘ when strange ‘alien’ activity was spotted in the same area.
The UFO sightings and autopsy conspiracy have sparked spine-chilling theories that the victim was used in alien experiments and killed.
However, there are no news reports relating to the death and the truth surrounding the alleged 1988 incident still remains a mystery.
It’s not the only ‘alien mutilation’ story
An article from History.com explains that there are a number of other connections between UFOs and mutilations.
“Reports of such unexplained mutilations carried out on both humans and animals, have baffled investigators for decades,” it says.
This had led to “speculation about whether the perpetrators might be otherworldly beings conducting biological experiments on earth’s inhabitants.”
One story says an American Air Force sergeant was abducted by a ‘UFO’ in 1956 and his mutilated body was found in the New Mexico desert.
Other stories of livestock mutilation also contain similar details. Four dead calves found in 2016 sparked wild UFO theories.
Their insides were gone, tongues sliced out, udders removed and eyes cored away, the Denver Post revealed.
Strangely, there wasn’t a single track surrounding them or a drop of blood. It still remains unexplained – but many are convinced aliens were involved.
