Experience
Tim is a veteran entertainment reporter who has written for dozens of network television affiliate websites and major entertainment outlets since 1999. Part of his experience was as the national entertainment news editor for 10 years for the Internet Broadcasting Network (which was eventually acquired by Nexstar Broadcasting), an online platform that at its peak provided written and video content to more than 70 network television affiliates across the United States including sites for ABC, CBS, NBC, FOX, and The CW. In the fall of 2020, Tim began contributing to Looper as a feature writer, news writer, and interviewer.
Education
While Tim first earned two bachelor of science degrees in political science and law enforcement from Minnesota State University in Mankato, he shifted his career focus to journalism by returning to school at Brown College to earn a certificate in radio and television broadcasting.
