Alisha Boe portrays Tara, one of the campus' most popular girls. Before appearing in Jennifer Kaytin Robinson's dark comedy, Boe made her acting debut in 2008 at the age of 11 with the anthology horror film "Amusement." After that, she decided to stick with the horror genre as she took on roles in three more supernatural films, including "Paranormal Activity 4," "68 Kill," and "Gates of Darkness" with Jigsaw actor Tobin Bell.

Boe is a Norwegian actress who first gained recognition through her breakout role as Jessica Davis in Netflix's controversial adaptation of "13 Reasons Why," which ran for four seasons between 2017 to 2020. The series was met with criticisms due its graphic depiction of sensitive topics throughout its entire run, particularly with Boe's character Jessica, who went through a complicated character arc as a victim of sexual assault. Speaking with Elle Canada, Boe opened up about what it's been like growing up with her character, revealing that playing Jessica helped her become more brave, inspiring, and resilient.

Boe also made a few appearances in TV shows, including "Modern Family," "NCIS," "Days of Our Lives," "Ray Donovan," and "Teen Wolf." Besides starring in horror films, she also got the chance to star in two comedy films: "Poms" with Diane Keaton, and "Yes, God, Yes" with "Stranger Things" vet Natalia Dyer. Following "Do Revenge," Boe has joined the cast of Jesse Eisenberg's feature directorial debut "When You Finish Saving the World."
