The world’s best tennis players have descended on Melbourne, Australia for the first Grand Slam event of the season. Let’s meet the UK commentators and presenters on hand at the 2023 Australian Open.

Last year’s singles winners were Rafael Nadal and Ashleigh Barty. Nadal has returned once again this year but there will be stiff competition from favourite Novak Djokovic, who was absent from last year’s tournament, and 2022 US Open winner Carlos Alcaraz.

On the women’s side there will definitely be a different winner this year. Home favourite Ashleigh Barty swiftly retired from tennis, with Iga Swiatek replacing her as World No.1. The Polish star is favourite to win the fourth Grand Slam of her career Down Under.
