In August of 2020, Nicholas Schock went into a Nokomis family restaurant in Florida, announced that he was a member of the white nationalist movement, and assaulted a female employee.
Nicholas, who had swastikas and other racial symbols tattooed on his body, attacked and sexually assaulted a woman who was sitting at a table. Nicholas also had other racist symbols tattooed on his body.
Schock approached a female worker, slapped her hard with an open hand, and then punched her before continuing his assault. Her unconsciousness was caused by the assault.
Six of the males in the neighbourhood hurried over to help her. Schock was placed in a headlock by one of the men so that he could be taken into custody.

Nicholas Arnold Schock was born in the United States of America in the town of Wauchula, which is located in Hardee County, Florida. However, in addition to Wauchula, he had residences in Tampa, Bowling Green, and Seffner, all located in the state of Florida.
Nicholas identifies as a member of the white nationalist movement; he is 5 feet 10 inches tall and weighs 300 pounds. Schock came from a household with strong religious beliefs. His mother served as the head administrator of a Jewish educational institution.
Nicholas Schock participated in football while he was a student at Evangel University in Missouri, which is known for welcoming students from a wide variety of Christian denominations.
On May 4, 2005, he was accused of domestic assault in Hardee County, but the charge against him was dropped on May 10, 2005.
On June 21, 2005 in Hardee County, Schock was found guilty of possessing drug paraphernalia and sentenced to probation.
On September 24, 2007, he was charged in Hardee County with permitting an animal to go at large and failing to have a rabies vaccination for an animal. Both of these offences were considered reckless endangerment.
Nicholas Arnold Schock Slaps Waitress Kisha Biche
On July 31, 2020, Nicholas Arnold Schock went to Pop’s Sunset Grill, which was located in Nokomis, Florida. Because he was engaging in racist rhetoric outside, staff members at the family-friendly waterside eatery sought to stop him from entering the establishment.
Schock was not wearing a shirt and the buttons on his shorts were undone; he was also plastered in swastikas. He started making his way around the outdoor dining area while yelling sexual assault threats at one of the other patrons.
A female waitress by the name of Kisha Biche attempted to prevent Schock from entering the restaurant when he tried to do so. Waitress Kisha Biche showed little concern as Schock repeatedly struck her in the face with a punch while she was working.
Schock was held back by a number of people. While the cops were on their way, one of them strangled him. As a result of the event, Biche was placed on administrative leave with pay.
The footage of Schock’s assault was captured on tape by a spectator named Shelley Troyer, and it gained widespread attention very fast.
Schock was charged with three separate counts of first-degree crimes, including violence, indecent exposure, and disturbing the peace. The bond that was set for him by Circuit Judge Charles Roberts was $105,000, which is a huge rise from the regular bail amount of $620.

In a restaurant in Florida, Nicholas Arnold Schock was seen on tape punching a female server in the face. The incident was captured on video. Schock, who is 36 years old, was allegedly charged with one count of violence and one count of disturbing the peace, as reported by The Herald Tribune.
It is thought that the video was taken at Pop’s Sunset Grill in Nokomis, as it has been posted on several social media platforms. After his bond was initially set at $620, it was upped to 55,000 so that he could remain in custody at the Sarasota County Jail.
According to the documents filed before the court, he has an extensive record of arrests dating back to the year 2000. In 2016, he was accused with evading police, resisting arrest without resorting to violence, aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, and criminal mischief in excess of $1,000. All of these charges were brought against him.
On May 24, 2017, he was taken into custody and placed in the Florida State Prison located in Bradford County, Florida. He was freed on December 18, 2019. When he was taken into custody on July 31, 2020, he continued to yell in the police car while he was being transported to jail. He was arrested and brought to the Sarasota County Jail in the city of Sarasota, Florida.
